Meet Melissa Rottschafer

Melissa was born and raised in Farmington, New Mexico and is proud to serve the same community that shaped her. Although new to this position, Melissa brings over eight years of patient care and has always been passionate about supporting others through compassionate service.

In her role at Sandia Hearing Aids, Melissa enjoys connecting with patients and helping them access the hearing care they need. She finds it truly gratifying to be part of a process that can improve someone’s daily life, strengthen communication, and restore confidence. Her patient care approach, attention to detail, and calm, friendly demeanor helps create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time outdoors – especially in the beautiful landscapes of the Four Corners area. She was recently married November 15^th, 2025, to her husband Joshua Rottschafer, and is excited to continue building their life together in their hometown.
